  • Check in time is 5:00 PM
  • Check out time is 12:00 PM
  • Local phone calls are free, long distance requires credit or calling card
  • A charcoal grill is provided. You will need to bring your own charcoal or wood
  • All towels and linens are provided. Please bring beach towels if you plan on getting in the water
  • The house is set up with minimum amount of toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels
  • Please be considerate of our neighbors. No trespassing on other properties. Quiet time is 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM 
  • No tents allowed in the yard
  • No smoking allowed in the house
  • No campfires allowed in the yard
  • Should any items in the house be lost or damaged, we will withhold a portion of your deposit
  • We are not responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests, or for items lost by our guests while they are on site
  • If the house is left excessively dirty, there will be an additional $25.00 clean up fee .
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed in order to protect our guests who may be allergic to pet dander.

Directions

From Houston: Take I-10 to Seguin, Hwy 46 to New Braunfels, Turn right on  I-35 to Hwy 306 to Canyon Lake, Hwy 306 to FM 2673, Turn left on FM 2673 to Sattler. Travel on FM 2673 about 1 mile to River Rd. (stoplight), turn left. Travel on River Rd. about 2 miles to Little Ponderosa. Cross the river and turn left at stop sign, 14TH house on the left, 1718 Ponderosa.

 

From San Antonio:  Take I-35 north through New Braunfels, exit Hwy 306 to Canyon Lake, Hwy 306 to FM 2673, Turn left on FM 2673 to Sattler. Travel on FM 2673 about   1 mile to River Rd. (stoplight), turn left. Travel on River Rd. about 2 miles to Little Ponderosa. Cross the river and turn left at stop sign, 14TH house on the left, 1718 Ponderosa.

 

From Dallas / Austin: Take I-35 through San Marcos, exit Hwy 306 to Canyon Lake, Hwy 306 to FM 2673, Turn left on FM 2673 to Sattler. Travel on FM 2673 about 1 mile to River Rd.
